There was so much happening in the Fairfield real estate market last week that all the transactions did not fit on a single page.  There were 38 new listings ($259,500-1,849,000) 22 binders, 12 pendings and 20 sold properties.  We are seeing houses go over asking price and multiple bids are not uncommon.
