There were 32 houses that took binders last week – that is a significant number given that there are currently 406 active single family homes on the market. That is almost 10% of the inventory that accepted offers last week alone. The buyers are out there and they are looking in all price ranges and in all neighborhoods. There were 41 new listings, 6 sold and 22 houses with signed contracts. Rates are still extremely attractive and new listings are coming on every day. Snow may still be falling but the spring market is rapidly approaching its peak.
