The Town of Fairfield will hold its second annual Restaurant Week from Sunday, October 13, 2013 to Saturday, October 19, 2013. Over twenty-five restaurants from around Town will participate in this week-long special event that will feature prix fixe lunch and dinner menu prices. Restaurants will feature $10 and $15 lunches and $20 and $30 dinners or other discounts on their already existing menus. First Selectman Mike Tetreau said, “Given the success and positive feedback from last year’s first-ever Restaurant Week, Fairfield is pleased to hold this special week-long event for a second year. The Town hopes to continue this well-received event each year and make it a town tradition, celebrating Fairfield’s wide variety of quality restaurants. Restaurant Week gives the public the opportunity to continue visiting favorite places or frequent ones they may not yet know about. This week-long event is another way the Town can show its support for our local businesses, help our local economy and provide people with an enjoyable experience. We encourage residents and visitors alike to join us in this special town event!”
